PRESS RELEASE

St Lukes is proud to announce the first Gothick Mass to be held during the “Under the Blue moon Festival”. The tradition of the Gothick Mass for the Goth community began in Cambridge, England and St Luke’s is proud to carry on and to extend that tradition here in Sydney.

At St Luke’s we seek to share God’s unconditional love of all people, regardless of age, gender, race, marital or family status, sexual orientation, disability or wealth.

St Luke’s is committed to exploring and developing interfaith dialogue and is involved with various interfaith projects.

St Lukes is an open and a receptive church with outreach to various communities in our local area such as the Gothic community.

St Lukes has been a venue for Goth functions and performances previously, for groups like Dandelion Wine.

With this history and philosophy in mind, St Luke’s welcomes one and all to the Gothick Mass. Happening with this event is the Gothic 2nd hand clothing swap meet.

So feed the soul and clothe the body in a truly moving event
