Sat 14th June 2025 at 3pm -  St Luke’s Young Organ­ists Series — Recit­al

Samuel Giddy returns to St Luke’s to per­form on the rare 1883 Wordsworth & Maskell Pipe Organ. Samuel will fol­low his 2023 per­form­ance with anoth­er ped­al solo, a celes­ti­al adagio by J S Bach and oth­er works. The pro­gramme also includes the trans­port­ing Arabesque by Louis Vierne (organ­ist at Notre Dame de Par­is from 1900 until his death in 1937)

Lord God, bring us togeth­er as one, recon­ciled with you and recon­ciled with each oth­er. You made us in your like­ness, you gave us your Son, Jesus Christ. He has giv­en us for­give­ness from sin. Lord God, bring us togeth­er as one, dif­fer­ent in cul­ture, but giv­en new life in Jesus Christ, togeth­er as your body, your Church, your people. Lord God, bring us togeth­er as one, recon­ciled, healed, for­giv­en, shar­ing you with oth­ers as you have called us to do. In Jesus Christ, let us be togeth­er as one. Amen.
