Next Sunday 26th Octo­ber- Spe­cial Heal­ing Ser­vice:  On this morn­ing at St Luke’s we will pray for God’s heal­ing for ourselves and our loved ones with per­son­al private heal­ing pray­ers with anoint­ing and the lay­ing on of hands being offered for all who wish by Fr Jeff and Fr Philip.  This is an ideal time to invite any­one you know in need of this min­istry.

Kath­ryn Bell­house joined Christ Church St Laurence in Janu­ary 2025, as Assist­ant min­is­ter with spe­cial respons­ib­il­ity for dir­ect­ing the devel­op­ment of The St Laurence Centre. Kath­ryn was ordained at St Paul’s Cathed­ral, Mel­bourne, in 2020, and served at a num­ber of par­ishes in the Mel­bourne dio­cese, where she was involved in vari­ous forms of com­munity out­reach and chap­laincy along­side sac­ra­ment­al duties.  In addi­tion to attain­ing a Mas­ter of Divin­ity with The Uni­ver­sity of Divin­ity, Kath­ryn has com­pleted a Bach­el­or of Arts (Eng­lish lit­er­at­ure & philo­sophy) and a Mas­ter of Cre­at­ive Writ­ing, Edit­ing, & Pub­lish­ing at The Uni­ver­sity of Mel­bourne. Kath­ryn enjoys the vari­ety of forms of com­munity engage­ment at Christ Church St Laurence, as well as the pray­er­ful rhythm of life, and the ever-flow­ing stream of theo­lo­gic­al and spir­itu­al dis­cus­sion.
