Thank you to Brad Chapman from ABM for coming to speak to us today.
We will be holding a Sausage Sizzle fundraiser for ABM after the 9.30am service today. A donation of between $5-$10 – cash or Eftpos for ABM would be appreciated, if you can afford it. We thank Rick Pratley — our BBQ chef and other volunteers for their help today.
We will not be going to the Warren View pub on this occasion.

A very big thank you to Fr Glenn Maytum who has been our Acting Rector for the past 12 weeks. We thank him for his dedication, his friendship and guidance. The Wardens are especially grateful and appreciative of his help with operational matters. We send our best wishes to the congregation at Broken Hill where he will be locuming in August and we hope we’ll see Fr Glenn back again at a later date.
Fr Mark Wormell will be joining us from Wednesday 1st July and serving as Acting Rector until September 2026.

Sunday 28th June is the last day to buy your Tickets for $40 pp or $30 concession. Single tickets or a table of 4, 6 or 8 may be booked, however, it would be appreciated if payment was received at the time of the booking, we will accept cash or EFTPOS.
Starting at 2.30pm — There will be music, mulled wine served on arrival, hot finger food, scones, jam & cream and a variety of sweet delicacies.
Teapots and Coffee will be served to the tables; some gluten free food will be available and there will be raffles and door prizes.
We hope you will come and enjoy this festive afternoon!

Sunday 18th October – St Luke’s Patronal Festival
On Sunday 18 October we will be celebrating our St Luke’s Patronal Festival with a special guest preacher and former rector, The Very Rev’d Stephen Williams, Dean Emeritus of Christchurch Cathedral Newcastle and known to a few long-standing parishioners.
Stephen and his wife Sue will join us for lunch after the service — this will either be a shared lunch or a pub lunch — yet to be confirmed.

Join us for an evening inspired by the warmth, colour and festive spirit, with music, fellowship and a silent auction in support of St Luke’s.
