Synod
This week Monday-Wednesday 14–16 September and Monday-Tuesday the following week, Synod (the parliament of the church) will be conducted in the Wesley Centre, Pitt Street. The MOW members and friends will gather outside Synod from 2.30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday of the first week only, to give out pamphlets mainly in relation to our National Conference in Canberra in November. Some of our members are Synod representatives and will be attending the sessions which commence at 3.15 p.m. MOW has obtained police permission to do this, so all is in order. If you would like to come and stand with us, and/or give out pamphlets you are most welcome to do so and in fact we would really appreciate your presence.
